About me

Meet Brooke

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always known one thing for sure: I wanted to help people.

I initially earned a degree in Education from Winchester University, but towards the end of my studies, I realised that teaching didn’t align with my passions and values as much as I’d hoped. Whilst I was studying, I had the opportunity to work alongside a fantastic team of holistic health professionals at a Wellness Centre in Farnham. From my very first day, I was inspired, and I knew right then that the wellness world was where I wanted to be.

Around this time, I decided to come off the contraceptive pill and was hit with a wave of hormonal issues — acne, weight fluctuations, irregular periods, extreme fatigue, and PMDD. When I was told the only solution was to go back on the pill, I felt there had to be another way. I started researching everything I could — but the more I read, the more confused and overwhelmed I became. Everything seemed to contradict itself, and my symptoms weren’t improving. I know and truly understand how frustrating and confusing it can be to navigate these symptoms, especially with so much conflicting information out there.

This personal journey is what led me to focus on nutrition, and I’ve seen how powerful it can be in addressing the root causes of imbalance.

I hold a degree in Personalised Nutrition from Middlesex University and a diploma from CNELM. My approach is always evidence-based and tailored to each individual’s needs.

Whilst hormonal health is close to my heart, I also support people with digestive issues, weight management, chronic illness, fertility, and menopause. I aim to create a space where you feel understood and supported. My approach is practical, grounded, and designed to help you find a way forward that feels right for you.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me on my yoga mat, going out for brunch, painting, spending time in nature, or with my family. These are the things that keep me balanced and happy, and they’re a big part of who I am.
